BBB files indicate that The Brick has a pattern of complaints. Consumers allege failure of The Brick to fulfill delivery orders in a timely manner and failure to communicate with customers regarding the late deliveries. Consumers have also alleged a failure to honor advertised prices, especially holiday prices, (eg) Boxing Day. Other issues consumers report to BBB include: products advertised as genuine leather and only sections of the product is leather, sales staff failure to honour consumer's request for payment options, consumers request a specific item/service and the agents providing something different on invoice/agreement.
On April 20, 2015 BBB communicated with The Brick Warehouse Corporation about this pattern, as of May 5, 2015 BBB has yet to receive a response. BBB files indicate that The Brick has a pattern of complaints. Consumers allege information provided at the point of sale being different from actual business policy or process. Specifically consumers allege sales staff misinforming them regarding warranty terms and conditions as well as credit application terms and conditions.
On March 8, 2016 BBB communicated with The Brick Warehouse LP about this pattern. On March 24, 2016 The Brick Warehouse LP indicated that they will not participate in any BBB processes regarding this pattern of complaints.
