Engine Seized @ 5929 Kms @ 666 Hrs.

Delivered to Rapid Revolutions, Edmonton.

Deposit Paid Jan 6/2012 - Rapid Revolutions, Edmonton $2000.00

July 6/2012 - Picked up Engine.

July 7/2012 - Engine installed and started - Ran for a few minutes and clutch cover filled with oil.

July 10/2012 - Returned quad to Rapid Revolutions - They had forgot to install oil seal behind Clutch. Installed seal. Brought Quad home.

July 10/2012 - Ran Quad in yard, Ticking sound from clutch cover area. Pulled clutch, discovered clutch was rubbing on backing plate. Called ****** (Rapid Revolutions), he advised me to remove & just bend the plate so it clears the clutch. I bent the plate, re-installed clutch.

July 13/2012 - Returned Quad, Oil Plug had not been tightened, lost all oil, bottom end seized.

October 19/2012 - Picked up quad, Purchased Tires (Installed Rapid Revolutions).

1st Oil Change (50 Kms) -@ 5979kms @ 679 Hrs.

Valves Adjusted @ 6110 Kms - Dec 5/2012 @ 695 Hrs.

2nd Oil Change (200 Kms) - @6180Kms.

Blew Belt - Feb 09/2013 @ **** Hunts place.

Replaced Belt Feb 11/2013 - Purchased Belt @ Echo Cycle, Edmonton. Was advised by ***** (Part Man @ Echo Cycle) that the oil leak from July10th/2013 would have soaked the belt, drastically shortening the life of the belt. Previous Belt was installed Sept 17/2011 and in no way would have been worn out with the limited use of this quad.

Head Gasket Blew @ 6471Kms April 29/2013 @ 733Hrs.

April 1/2013 @ 3pm, Consulted With Lawyer ***************** on how to proceed with Rapid Revolutions.

April 2/2013, emailed proposal to ****** @ 9:26 am. Email Included Read reciept request. Phoned Rapid revolutions @ 9:28am, ****** was busy with a customer, left a message with ***** for ****** to review email and get back to me.

April 2/2013 @ 6:24, recieved Read receipt sent with proposal letter, from ******.


April 4/2013, have not heard anything, emailed ****** @ 6:41am, requesting him to call me so we could reach some sort of an agreement.
