            ******* had my brand new truck for 3 days to install some parts I could have done myself in a day in my garage because no one communicated my appointment to the service department. The wheels I ordered did not fit and when they were installed the tire guys ignored the fact that they were rubbing on the fender and drove it out of the bay anyways wrecking my mudflap and breaking a bracket, ******* will not acknowledge this or replace the broken part. They will also not offer me a refund or any sort of exchange on said wheels. No return policy (or lack thereof) was communicated to me when I purchased them. If I had known that was how it was going to be I would have ordered the wheels from someone else. I have spoken with the salesman *** who I bought the truck through, ****** the person who ordered the parts, ****** the manager (he's completely useless) and emailed their cus***er service account. So basically I've paid almost 60k for a vehicle with wheels I can't use and a broken mudflap.
