Hello, I ***** *****, choose your dealership to get my car with my friends ********, ******** ***** & ****. We met ***** ***** salesman working at your dealership. On the first day we talked about the Chevrolet Malibu Lt2 with the needs we were looking to get in the car. As we told ***** that we want Leather seats, Bose music system, Heated seats & some sporty looking rims and all these features only come in LT2 or Premiere model of the car. ***** was happy to help us out to get a vehicle as he told us he has a blue Malibu with cloth seats and no heated seats and we rejected that car immediately as that car didn't have the features we were looking for. ***** never showed us the vehicle neither on his computer nor on the papers as he only asked for the features and said he thinks he has something which is exactly what we are looking for. He said you will get the car in a week with all the features that suit your needs. After 2 days, I myself and my friend ******** went to the dealership and had the credit check done and I was so glad I got approved for the car and it was on the way. After the credit check ******* the finance guy took me alone to his office where I signed some documents and over there first thing ******* never told me that he added extra warranties on the car which was was approx $3200 + gst + interest. He didn't tell me anything about the car but the only thing he confirmed to me about the car was the color. When I ask for the warranties he told me that it's upto 5yrs or upto 100,000kms whichever comes first but he never mentioned that it's gonna increase my payments or it's gonna cost me more for that. I agreed he asked for the oil change warranties for 25yrs for around $1299 approx + gst + interest. When I came downstairs after signing the documents and received the bill of sale then I asked my friend that my payments became so high than expected as the numbers which finance gave me earlier was around $265 bi-weekly. Then my friend ******** wanted to take a look on the bill of sale, when ******** looked at that he told me that I am paying around $5000 for warranties which are not worth it and with the whole loan term it will cost more than $6000 that's why I had to pay more. Me and my friend ******** decided to take off those warranties and we told *****(Salesman) immediately to take those off from the bill of sale then ***** called ******* on his phone then asked the receptionist but we came to know that ******* already left to home. Next morning, me and my friend ******** went to the dealership again to take the warranties off and met with *******, then he refused to take them off as the deal had been funded. After having an argument with him, why did you leave yesterday immediately within 5 minutes and why did you not tell me that I had to pay extra for those warranties? ******* replied ohh he is pretty sure that he goes through the same process with everyone to tell you about the warranties and also mentioned that I was not able to get approved from the bank without the extended warranties. After That we got so mad that how can you guys fund a deal where the loan gets on my head without even receiving the car and then we left. After that incident, the director of finance who is a lady and I don't remember her name called me on my cell the very next day during the evening asking about the deal bcz we have already told ******* that we want to pull off the deal and they can have my $500 deposit. She was asking over the phone that why would you guys want to pull off the deal and I replied that I feel like i'm getting ripped off from your dealership as first thing am paying extra money for car warranties which I was never mentioned that it's for an extra cost, secondly where never received my car and you guys are saying that now I cannot pull of the deal because the loan has been funded and my payments are going to start. Me and my friend ******** argued why ******* never mention me at the first spot that there is extra cost for warranties and after so much time of argument over the phone the Director finally was able to rebate the warranties and agreed to take off from the loan amount but also told me that the payments of $618 monthly will be the same. We agreed on this part where I understand in this case even if I have to pay extra payments out of my budget will help me pay off that car loan a little quicker. After a few days on Monday the 29th May,2023 I called ***** to confirm if my car has been delivered to the dealership and ***** said it's already here. On my way I kept thinking why would the dealership never call me to let me know that the car has been delivered. After getting insurance, I went to the registry to get the plates where they mentioned I need to have a paper which is the birth certificate of the car but then I realized that ******* only gave me the Bill of Sale and the name and address of the bank who gave me the loan. I rushed to the dealership to get the birth certificate of the car as registries were about to be closed for the day to get that paper where I saw a white Malibu parked outside having the exact same VIN number I had on my bill of sale which is totally different from the car I was supposed to receive. After this incident I was so angry that I am supposed to be paying over $600 a month for a car with basic features only and I was never supposed to get. Then me & my friends asked ***** why I am receiving a basic model of malibu which is LT instead of LT2. I really did not like the response of ***** where he asked what is the difference between this car and the LT2 which I wanted. Then I told him every single difference in detail between LT and LT2. Then he said we can put the leather cover seats on the car but I refused what I wanted which I ordered from the factory. ***** and the finance guys never agreed upon making this huge mistake and kept saying why didn't I check the build sheet for the car. I was in shock about what on earth this build sheet looks like. Then the finance guy whom I don't know the name kept pushing me about this build sheet to check while I signed the papers. Then me and my friends started this conversation of getting wrong car because of their mistake he took me inside the dealership to talk to me in private where he said that now the loan is under your name and payments will go from my account and I have to get this car and was also handing me over those keys of Malibu which I never ordered so I simply refused to take the keys where he threaten me to deliver the car at my place if I don't get the keys now. During the argument ***** was standing beside me and said I provided you and your friend with the build sheet and I told ***** to show me the CCTV footage in which he was handing over the build sheet to us and also If he is right I will accept the car delivery very happily. Then he just said ok he never told me to show the footage. At the end I gave them a verbal warning to correct the mistake to provide me with the right car or I will take a legal action against him after that also he just said ok take care. I have been waiting to get this job where I needed a car to travel and it was the only condition of my employer as I already had enough experience to fulfill the job requirement, I recently moved to this city from Ontario and it has been real hard without the car in this city and I already mentioned all this to ***** and ******* while they was filling the credit application. As of now it has been really hard to sleep well during the nights where I have this $40,000 loan on my head and not the car which I was supposed to get. I don't even have that job till now because I don;t have a car. So basically I am still unemployed and facing a lot of stress just because of the hard time provided by your dealership employees. NOW, ALL I WANT TO HAVE THE RIGHT CAR WITH WRITE FEATURES WHICH I WANTED AND I AM GIVING YOU A WEEK TO CORRECT OR MISTAKE OR PLEASE CONSIDER THIS A NOTICE WHERE I AM GOING TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR DEALERSHIP.
