On June 4, 2009 this company's Accreditation with the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to failure to resolve one or more customer complaints filed with the BBB. This is in violation of Standard #5, which states: "Promptly respond to any and all complaints forwarded by the BBB, and make good faith efforts to resolve all such complaints in accordance with generally accepted good business practices."

The revocation of a BBB accredited business comes only after a BBB Standards Committee review process, which includes a suspension period. Accredited businesses have the opportunity to respond (or additionally respond) to complaints and also have the ability to resolve disputes via the BBB dispute resolution process, which includes mediation and/or arbitration. They also have the right to appeal a revocation, as well, and are given the ability to an appeal hearing where the BBB Standards Committee listens to additional information presented at the time.

Maintaining BBB accreditation requires meeting all BBB's standards, promptly responding to complaints forwarded by the BBB and making good faith efforts to resolve complaints in accordance with generally accepted good business practices.
