Refund and Exchange PolicyExcept as noted in our policy, you may return your purchase if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product for the first 1 year from the date of sale.
Returned items must be in new unused condition with all packaging, tags and literature. You must obtain an RMA number from customer service prior to returning a product.
We will not accept returns on the following items:
Damaged or Warranty issues. Please contact the manufacturer.
Special order or discontinued items
Climbing equipment (ropes, harnesses, hardware, etc)
Special exceptions to the above may be made, such as if the product received does not match the product ordered.
Returns due to our mistake will be processed at no charge as long as customer follows our return procedures, and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to use when returning the product. Customer is still responsible for proper packaging, and is advised to obtain insurance. Damage to the product during transport back to us is not our responsibility and may void your return.
All other returns within one year of purchase date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customer is responsible for paying shipping to return products to us. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
Returns made after one year of purchase may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any products which came direct from factory or must be returned to factory upon return are subject to additional shipping fees unless the return was due to our mistake.
Orders returned to us by a delivery carrier as refused, bad address, or any other reason without prior notification or authorization will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus our actual shipping costs at our discretion.
In the event that the items being returned received free shipping on the original order, the net refund will be the purchase price of the items less our actual shipping costs.
Our cost to ship the product to customer is non-refundable except in the case of our mistake.
No refund shall exceed the amount paid by customer.
