Consumers allege AlumniClass.com Inc. is charging them an unauthorized fee for membership and membership renewal. Consumers further allege that after requesting to cancel, the membership is still being renewed and charged. Complainants state they encounter difficulty when attempting to contact the business, indicating they email, call, text and use the company’s online “Contact Us” form but do not receive a response in a timely manner. Once the business responds, consumer state they are denied a refund and referred to the business’ terms and conditions.
On 10/26/2020, BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern. To date, the company has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern.
