              I purchased a new 2021 **** Expedition *** from Lithia Ford Idaho Falls in August 2021.The purchase included an extended warranty, and lifetime oil contract.I traded in this vehicle one year later (to another **** Dealer), and was given a pro-rated refund for the extended warranty.The Finance Manager initially told me that the lifetime oil contract would also be refunded (around $400). I have asked numerous times, and he keeps saying "I will check". It's been over 7 months and I am still waiting. I would like the fully pro-rated refund of the lifetime oil contract, purchased for $649 on 8/25/2021.

              If you like paying full retail and getting way below book for your trade, this is the place for you. I was working with a good salesman. He was friendly, respectful, knew a lot about different models. But when it came time for number crunching, I saved $11,000 by going to a smaller dealer. The retail price was less, my trade was worth more at the smaller dealership less than 20 miles away. Lithia looks great on the outside, but after all the glitz and glamour, they are too greedy for me
