BBB complaints reflect a pattern regarding problems with customers gaining payments and/or refunds and delivery issues of both precious metals as well as advertising (via Tidbits). Customer complaints state that the company gives customers dates that payments or products will be available or issued that the company does not follow through on. Customers also report that they are unable to gain resolves with the company when they deal directly with them. Calls and emails go unanswered. Complaints also reflect a pattern of the company writing NSF checks for the purchase of gold or silver.
