              2/19/2021 I entered Sundown M Ranch, Was quoted a fee of *****. out of pocket and my insurance would pay the rest. Note: was impaired when arrived and they were made aware.I was asked to possibly leave 3 days early as they were having issues with my insurance. I asked if my so called out of pocket portion would lower due to an early leave date. I was told yes. I paid 300 upon entering and my copay is ****** which covered my portion plus. I now am getting a **** for ****** which not only is extremely higher than the amount of ****** I was originally told I would pay it does not reflect the early leave date. I feel as tho they are taking advantage of a person when he/she is in an impaired state. I have tried talking to ***** and she is just condescending and acting like I need to read my paperwork and figure it. Im very upset feel taken advantage of and lied to. I don't want my credit effected so I'm forced to pay the *******************. I want something done this is not right.
