BBB has addressed this pattern of complaint with the business. On February 20, 2013 the business responded to BBB's inquiry.
A portion of their response has been posted below which speaks to BBB's inquiry. The words are wholly those of the business owner.
"During the fall of 2011 and Spring of 2012, P3 had to turn over 5 clients to collections for unpaid invoices whereby these vendors performed service for P3 and our clients. During 2012 we were able to collect on some of the unpaid invoices and exhausted these funds to all the vendors we could to catch up on our past due amounts.
We are not going to let these accounts go unpaid, many are very low amounts and we will pay them.
We have planned for and intend to follow through with paying all debts by mid April. Many of the smaller amounts will be paid in March.
We apologize for the inconveniences to you and these vendors, but we are not going to leave them to the status quo of other companies in our same situation and take the easy way out. We intend to be stronger and more capable to weather these storms."
