      After 6 years as a customer with this financial institution I'm stopping my business with them.The fraud department needs an audit. Why do I have to tell my own bank that I own a business??They didn't seem to believe me.Long story short, they haven't done anything to help my business. If anything I couldn't even get a loan with fine credit.I'm talking about Banner Bank corporate. Not my tellers.This is beyond unexpected. I already have an appointment with USBank on Wednesday. Banner Bank cut my access off to my checking accounts. I could have used my money..Our money. I'm a family guy. Widower, single dad and all around good person.       I have never experienced such a bizarre or unethical company or set of human beings in my life. While with the company for a total of 3 weeks, I was accused of being a drug addict, was ripped apart by my manager, operations manager and district manager for mistyping my birth year in my I-9 on my iPhone 3 days befire even starting the job ( was told I cant type or focus because of literally this typo) I was let go because I didnt understand their morning report system up and down, when I literally hadnt even done it myself yet, just shadowed the process 3x. Also worth mentioning I had my physical appearance picked apart and was actually criticized for having a bruise on the side of my face, subsequently being forced to admit I was experiencing violence In my home, which I 100% witnessed the male DM ROLL HIS EYES at. I wish I was joking. I was told ** bringing home to work. For having a bruise. I also got to witness straight up racial profiling and discrimination. A Native American man came in to open an account and I heard the manager and banker in the back agreeing that they dont trust him and that most people from reservations are criminals, and they straight up denied this guy a debit card at account opening, lying through their teeth saying they dont have cards in branch and his would be mailed to him. He was understandably confused about this and asked some questions, when the banker actually asked why do you need to access these funds? Like people dont open bank accounts to literally use their money. ******* also revoked/restricted his online banking so he couldnt access his money that way either. This was all 100% based upon the managers feelings towards natives as a whole. I got the feeling this was in no way an isolated incident. How this company has not been sued to death I am clueless.

      C*** bank, lousy service, lousy automation, only keep records 18 months, moving my accounts, nothing good about them, always a pain in the a** One star is too high.

      Can I possibly put negative stars?? At that banner bank would land a solid -5. This bank is the absolute worst, never in my 41 years of life have I been treated so poorly due to the lack of training given to their own staff. With no remorse given I have been blamed for a mistake made by a teller and treated like a thief while my own funds are being held against my will. Funds I was provided by the ******************* to take care of my rent I was not able to make during Covid. I have waited a long time for this to come thru. And now after jumping thru all the hoops, being scolded for something I was not only assured would be fine but totally honored, but I am given another timeline that will not be before the court date I have to determine if I get to remain at the residence I have lived at for 5 years. Not only that but I certainly feel that the tact used face to face with this branch was unprofessional, ****, almost threatening in fact I am still blown away with the demeanor and tone I was assaulted with. So if what u want is to have ur money taken and dangled in front of u and taunted by an imaginary carrot that above all else is based off ur reaction to a bank made mistake, then ur in the right place. I would never recommend this bank I would never speak high about anything happening here. This place is horrible take ur money and run. I hope when I lose my house banner can look my kids in the eyes and let them know that this happened because they could not provide adequate training to staff, and an unwillingness to apologize or correct a situation that will ultimately now result in my family's homelessness. I am disgusted by the raw indecency this bank has treated me with, shame on them.

      I feel silly complaining about a ***** late fee its more the principle I was told all auto payments would happen with no action needed by me this was last June2022 from then on until march 2023 banner was asking me basically to do there job and set everything up for auto payment again because they dropped the ball not me I held them accountable to there letter and in late march 2023 finally a person called me and we set it up in five minutes well 8 months and 5 minutes the late fee I am referring to was removed in march then added back in after the auto payment was put back on for Aprils payment kinda convenient. Or shady I should also say I was never and I repeat never late until July 2022 when they sold out and no longer gave a dang about the customers that now was no longer local

      Banner bank can easy withdrawal your money from your saving account without your permission Highly not recommend keep money on saving account in this bank.

      DO NOT USE THIS BANK ! Have issues with a refund amount being shorted, so i have been continually calling this bank for a month to get it corrected. I get excuse after excuse, and that i have to wait 15 days, then after 15 i was told i have to wait 30 days. All the while getting frustrated , so i removed my money from the account and now they have removed $4 twice while we wait for a $6.47 refund error to correct so i can close the account. SO THEY STOLE $8 WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR $6.47 ....WHAT A JOKE AND SCREWED UP COMPANY. BANK RIGHT NEXT DOOR WITH NO FEES.

      I just want to say that I have never seen such unfriendly tellers at a bank. There is no smile or greeting when you walk in . You do your business and there is no thank you when you leave. It make you feel like you are inconveniencing them just for using their bank.

      Consistently disappointed with Banner Bank. My schedule has me up and doing business at night, so not having any way of resolving issues after dark is very frustrating, first off. Additionally, I occasionally have a negative balance when my direct deposit comes through, which shouldnt matter if my deposit changed the balance to positive but they constantly lock my card and make my account inactive. So now Im driving and see I need gas at 1 in the morning but am unable to buy gas because my card has a hold on it and the customer service rep that works at card services is unable to tell me why or release the hold. Im just told to wait and call my bank in the morning. Cool, now i have to wait 6 hours in my car in the middle of the night because I dont have enough gas to drive home, im locked out of my account, no access to my money, no one will tell me why, I havent eaten yet and cant buy food, they locked my username out of the app so I cant even check my account online all because they wont just leave my G D account alone and stop locking it. Every effing month! *****! And dont get me started on the app. That thing is a serious dumpster fire. Always having to register the phone I always use. Over and over. Consistent locking out of it, overdraft charges that could cover the cost of NASAs power bill I mean really, who gave these people the green light to start a banking business? I might not be so peeved usually, but I have 6 hours to conjure up all the issues I have with them so Im getting it all out there. Anyway, moral of the story, avoid this place like your crazy ex girlfriend! Hard ****** learned.

      This review is not about the people in the local bank, they have always been helpful and are very nice. This review has to do with Banner Bank's practices. I did not choose Banner Bank. They purchased the bank where my existing loan is. For the first 4 months, there were no issues, infact, the online banking portion was a huge improvement from the previous local bank. The issue started when on the 5th month, I did not receive a statement. It has now been a year and I am not able to access statements online. I don't receive them by mail or email either. The only way I am able to get them is to call, wait several days for the local branch to receive them from another branch, and then go pick them up. Seriously, WTF?!
