            I purchased a **** Explorer from them in June. I purchased this vehicle with the condition that the check engine light would be addressed, they returned the car to me three days after they said they would and said they replaced the battery, they did not. Three days later the engine light came back on, I made an appointment and they changed 2 ignition coils. 2 weeks later the air conditioner, backup camera and door panel broke on the car. It took them 2 months to fix the air conditioner they will now not return my calls to finish the job. Also while fixing the air conditioner they damaged my remote start so I would like them to address this. While trying to get these services I was treated very disrespectful and at one point was told what do you expect when you buy a used car? I have made over 10 phone calls to them and they either transfer me to another employee or say they will return a phone call and never do.

            BUYER BEWARE!!! I would have left a zero star review if it was an option. I bought a 2016 **** Edge VIN # ***************** April 2023 for $15,000. The sales man told me if there is anything wrong with this car that is a safety hazard Lithia will repair it for you or give you a refund. Three days later my check engine light came on. I took the car to ***************************** for an inspection. The coolant was leaking into the engine and the car needed a new engine. The mechanic gave me documents from National Highway ***************************** that said driving this car was a safety hazard and could have caught fire. Although this is a known issue with some **** cars there isn't a recall. I returned the vehicle to Lithia Dodge within a week and gave the sales manager a copy of the documents from the ****** They would not refund my money. At first they told me I had to pay $14,000 to fix it myself because I didn't but the extended warranty. The next day the sales manager offered to take the car back in trade for $10,000 and "allow me to pick out a different car." He told me he can't sell a hazardous vehicle and he was losing money by taking the car in trade. I knew I was getting screwed out of $5,000 in this deal but I took the offer so I wouldn't be out all of my money and stuck with a car I can't drive. A couple weeks later I saw that same car for sale on the Lithia Dodge website with NO mention of the engine issues. They knowingly sold a hazardous vehicle to someone else. I hope someone doesn't get hurt because of this companies greed and indifference to the well being of their customers. I won't ever buy another vehicle from this dealership! And neither should you!!
