            Been working with this company going on 1 year now. I called Total Tax last year to help me consolidate and get some relief from our IRS debt. I was also looking for a firm that was consultative, had bookkeeping, and would grow with me and our business. Based on their website advertising and my call with ********************* the service seemed good. I spent $5K and trusted they would do their job. Since then 1 year has gone by. I am very unhappy with how my account has been handled. Horrible communication, no direction and no collaboration- the sales job was outstanding.I was sold I would have a team, we would be meeting monthly and discussing my case in detail prior to any negotiation. ****- I think you and I have spoken once over the phone for about 10 min. I continue to get IRS letters indicating I am late. I'm in shock by the way you send me one line emails. Taxes are very important and the way you have treated my account has been so poor.I will not be using this firm next year

            I gotta say I was really pessimistic about Total Tax being able to help me with my tax situation. After working with them for over a year, I would say they are a **************** and really put the effort in to get you a successful resolution. Shout out to Mark at Total Tax.
