            This company is essentially running a monopoly and knows it. We have constant short outtages. They're just long enough to disconnect everyone from what they are doing, including my VPN for work. We pay for the 100mb package and rarely see that full amount. I understand that we will never see 100mb, but 1-5mb consistently is unacceptable. I have tried multiple times to get help with customer service with no results. My biggest question was if there were any tips or tricks to help with this, or if this was a regular occurrence for their service. We have a brand new router, we have tried 3 different routers, restarting everything, and calling in for assistance. The most common response is some variation of "looks good on our end." The bookkeeper is currently the technical support and answering emails. A direct quote from their FAQ online is "If you are trying to work from home, watch TV, and someone is gaming, you need to prioritize work and homework and save online games for after work hours (or upgrade your speeds)." This is a very condescending remark and not helpful for actual troubleshooting. Another direct quote "I am a bookkeeper, not a tech nerd. I am answering your questions as best I can. If none of these suggestions work for you, please call or email again." I understand there is a pandemic happening and they are unable to come to our house for troubleshooting, but it took near 4 months to get an email responsr, where the gist of the response was for to me was to check their faq, I responded that I had read through and attempted everything on their list provided and I had expressed that I understood she was the bookeeper and asked if there was any contact info she could forward for more troubleshooting help and never received a response. There are multiple reviews like mine. We are paying for 100mb. We will rarely see over 40mb. I understand it is an 'up to' but it is consistently lower than 1mb. They always blame it on our hardware, they never own up to issues, they constantly will have planned outtages without telling customers. I have followed up with them multiple times. We have had them for years because Centurylink has worse packages and there is currently no other options.

            I'm trying very hard to continue doing business with Davis Comm (my local phone-internet-TV provider) but today both of their phone lines ring to the A-1 Perfect Smile Dental Office. Three times today no one actually answers and the line finally just disconnects. On the 4th try a really, really nice answering-service lady answered representing the A-1 Perfect Smile Dental Office and she is trying to reach Davis to find out what is going on. She has received several inquiries for Davis today. My TV service over the past week has been very spotty but there does not appear to be any way to reach Davis. So very frustrating and this might almost be funny it it wasn't getting oh so tiresome.
