              I bought a new 38 ft rv travel trailer that is under warranty.from Blue Compass in ******* **. One of the gray water tanks fell out of the rail (holder) I took it up there 3 months ago and they said they would order a new tank . I've been try to get a hold of the manager for 1 month and won't answer the phone or return my calls after leaving several messages. They were also supposed to fix my shower that is coming loose from the wall but that didn't happen either.

              The Blue Dog RV ****************** is the worst we have ever dealt with. They basically kept ****** for 1 MONTH BEFORE even looking at it's needed repairs. We informed them that we were living in it and they still did not consider working on it for over a month. Once the repairs were done they billed us for the repairs even though our unit was under warranty when we took it in. But because they didn't work on it until after the warranty expired, they would not honor our warranty. And now we still have a major water leak that has never been completely fixed after 3 different visits. It is so bad that we have had to completely turn off our water use. And we also had missing items when we finally got our unit back as we could not remove all our belongings since we live in this 5th wheel full time waiting for our home to be built.
