Complaint: Was charged 437.25 (2.75 hours) for cleaning a main drain line, when the tenant told me the service person was new and was on the phone for most of the time getting " how to " information from someone else.

Desired Settlement: This should have taken less than an hour with an experienced service rep.

We spoke to Mr. **** on the telephone and advised him we would send him a refund of $119.25 to resolve this issue. Check# ***** was issued on 12/30/14.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ******** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
This will be a lesson to me to never use this company again, after all who can afford to dish out 159.00 per hour to snake a drain.
