Complaint: We called to have them come out to look at our drains because of backing up in our shower and toiletsThe young gentlemen that came in ****** walked in looked over our bathrooms and drains and then needed to go out and make a call- then he got out the equipment to snake our pipes - he twisted our septic raiser up and looked in there and at the baffle he asked me to go inside and turn on the water in the shower and let it run and keep water in the tub- so I did we continued to go back inside and out and he said he was puzzled since he had nothing coming out of the baffle area but just a few little drops of water- then he did the snake again and continued to keep the water on but this time with all the sinks and toilet flushing etc going to see if there was something else going on- well nothing came again and he was still yet puzzled- Then I asked about what was going on could something under my mobile home be leaking so plugged- then he said you have a crawl space??? so we showed him the space and low and behold we have a major leak and his snake was still in the pipe that was leaking and there is sewage everywhere and it is fresh not from back in February when we had a problem before. He was getting mad and upset and now it is costing us money for a new plumber to come out on a Sunday evening and back again tomorrow- ******* is here having to clean up all the sewage under our home and I am currently disable and on oxygen and my sense of smell is very strong because of being on oxygen and this is not good for my health nor my other halfs or our dog- ******* will have to come back again the next few days to fix everything and make sure everything is removed but it is a mess and I am not happy that we had to pay out over $163.05 to Action Drain and then now all the rest of the money we are having to put out along with not being able to live our normal lives- I want my money back and I want Action Drain to pay for all the damage this has caused me and my family****** was also rude and put me down

Desired Settlement: Refund - and to pay for all the other repairs that now have to be done and fixed - this is not going to be cheap! I live on less than $800 a monthCost so far was the $163.05 Check to Action Drain and then now ******* and another plumber (not sure amounts yet)

Complaint: I called Action Drain & Rooter Service on April 25, 2013 to come and open up my main line drain. I paid them $106. 87 for the job. Two weeks later I called because my drain was backing up all over my basement floor and was told I would have to pay an additional $106.87 to have them come back and unclog the drain they had just unclogged!!! I was told they would call me back and they never did.I CAN NOT CLIMB STAIRS and this is only the second time since they came up to FIX THE PROBLEM that I have been downstairs!!! The sewer is worse TODAY than it was when I initially called them!!!I feel cheated, if they had done a proper job the first time then I would not have had to call them a second time. My sewer is still backing up on my basement floor and now I have to find some one to come fix it!!! My husband is in the hospital and I do not have the money to pay them a second time. My husband has lost his job and we have NO income now. This is something my husband would take care of be he's been in the hospital now for 7 months and may very well never be well enough to come home.

Desired Settlement: I would like to see Action Drain and Rooter Service come out and do the job I paid them for and do it NOW!!!!!

I e-mailed a complaint about my drain not working after I have Action Drain & Rooter Service come out.  Today *** from Action came out and did a wonderful job of cleaning out my pipes and finding a HUGE mass of roots in my pipes.  I am VERY pleases with their service and wanted to tell you they earned their BBB approval!!!  *** did an awesome job!!!
