Complaint: My wife and I purchased a Townhouse in Richland Wa through Innovative Mortgage in Kennewick WA. *** ******* was our broker. *** brokered the deal through ***** ******** Servicing Inc. The month of September, our first payment month, we did not receive an Account Statement to pay the mortgage so I called *** *******. He suggested we use the "Temporary Coupon Payment" slips in our Mortgage papers.We sent our payment in money order form to ***** ******** Servicing Inc. in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The first of October I received a call from **** ******** **** ********** saying we are past due on our Mortgage. They purchased our Mortgage from *****. I explained the situation and they said they would wait for the money to transfer on to them. I called ***** and spoke with an ****** and she said this happens, "often" and that she would assure the money would be sent on. I also met with *** ******* and he also assured that the problem would be fixed.We Still hadn't received an "Account Statement" from **** Mortgage. I called them and we found that the physical address was correct that they were using to sent the statements, but the city listed was "Kennewick WA 99336" instead of "Richland, WA 99352". This was incorrect and prohibited us from receiving statements. The changes were made. The woman helping me at **** Mortgage said she would fax me the Account Statement and that it would take 24 to 48 hours. A half hour later I received a "Past Due" document that was charging me $35.93 added on to our monthly mortgage payment. This was a late fee for them having not received our first payment from ***** ********, Inc.Concerns:1. Innovative Mortgage did not resolve the payment issue as promised2. Our Credit History is damaged.3. **** wants another $924 that was already paid to ***** ******** Servicing.4. I have the cancelled "Money Order" for the first payment to ***** ******** Servicing Inc. They will need to send that along to **** and all negative comments are to be removed.

Desired Settlement: Settlement:1. Payment to **** ******** made of $924.212. 2. Past due fee removed from **** ******** of $35.933. 3. Credit History restored if this "Late Payment" or "Past Due" fee has damaged our credit in any way.

Business Response:

Relative to the above referenced matter the customer complaints have been satisfied as follows:

1.       Customers address has been corrected by Mortgage company;

2.       Customers credit was never affected account was noted as paid on time;

3.       Customers payment of $924 was applied to account with effective date of September 1st; and

4.       All late charges were cleared when payment was effective dated.
