Complaint: This company has a 30 day return policy that states if you are not happy with your purchase to bring it back for refund, exchanges etc. I have been doing business with huppins for a number of years, I pay my bill on time and have recommended them to friends. I have returned several items in the past due to warranty issues and/or decided to upgrade to a better product. Recently the first of this month I was in the market to purchase a camcorder for my wife, we were not happy with the performance of this purchase so we returned it for a better quality camcorder. Now they (employees) are warning me about having to many returns, didn't realize this was a problem as this is their policy to be able to return items. We did however make the upgrade but was told by an employee this was becoming unacceptable on my part. We tried the new camcorder and found it barely to fit or suite want we wanted, so we decided to purchase the best they had to offer, and they did take it back but not without letting me know they would no longer sell me any further items do to my returns. First this is their policy to be able to return an item, and second how is a consumer to know if the product is worth the hard earned money we spend as they only let you try it in the store which really is not satisfying test, and third if this is problem to return an item back or there is a limit on doing so it should be posted to be seen, and not make a customer feel totally embarrassed as my wife and I were for just wanting to do business with this store. In my eyes we did nothing wrong and yet made to feel very guilty, uncomfortable and again extremely embarrassed for trying to support a local store in good faith.

In response to Huppins reply, they have not made any efforts to contact me for any type of resolution as of 3/26/2014. I visited their store on ** ******** on said date and was meet with only negativity. After I read the response they  sent to you I was hoping we could resolve this matter but they said that *** ***** did not even work up at the ** ******** store and the young man behind the counter told me they (HUPPINS) was unwilling to deal with me any further and that they were under no obligation to do so, so be it. If I hear from whom ever actually has authority to make the decision on who they do business with and not leave those decisions to the hired help.  I will let you know immediately of any remedies one way or the other.
