Business Response: ****** ******* talked to *** ****** at her home on Monday 5/6/13 about her equipment. ****** also has an appointment to call her on 5/28/13 to talk with her because he is out of town until that date.  I talked to Mrs. ****** yesterday and she is aware that ****** is out of town and she is aware that he will call her on 5/28/13.  She would not tell me what her equipment questions are over the phone.  The real problem is every time Mrs. ****** calls into our office, she wants to talk to ****** *******.  We try to answer her questions and help her, but she will not listen and does not want any help from anyone except ****** *******.  ****** ******* has partially retired and is only in the office twice a week so Mrs. ****** does not get a return call every day.  ****** will call her on 5/28/13 and go over her concerns.
