9/10/2015 HORRIBLE company - the company DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for inaccurate information that their employees give. We were told that we had to order dead bolts for handle sets and we later found out that after ordering two dead bolts that the handle locks came with dead blots. We took them back and were told that we had to wait until Spokane Hardware got a refund from the the manufacturer, which we were told by the showroom manager could take up to a month. We told Spokane Hardware that it was not us who made the mistake and they wanted to argue with us that we signed the order and it was out fault, even though we went to their location and spoke with the showroom manager and handled the transaction(s) in person at their showroom. Today we spoke with the owner and were told that is might take 7 to 10 days to get a refund. We again asked why we had to wait when it was not our error, he said that it was how they did business. This business does not care about home owners who order from them because they do a lot of business with the construction trade, so little orders like ours, almost a total of $1,000.00 in hardware, do seems to mean anything to them. I would urge you not to use this company...once they have your money and you have a problem - you can be sure you will be the one getting screwed over!
