Business is a towing business with a pattern of towing vehicles prematurely, aggressively, incorrectly and charging above average fees for services.  Company tows vehicles prematurely and incorrectly while consumers are shopping at businesses or en route to businesses in shopping area or from personal parking areas.  Company tows vehicles aggressively, in one case blocking in a consumers vehicle and preventing him/her to move vehicle and harassing consumers prompting at least one police report.     Company charges higher than average fees, as average towing fee in City of Detroit is approx $135 - $175 and business is charging $350 to $500.

Additionally, consumers have complained about customer service upon retrieval of vehicles.  Upon initial contact with the business, consuemrs are informed that the fee is $350 to $460, but the business is closed.  Upon contacting to make pick-up and payment arrangements the following day, consumers are told there is an increase in fees of $40 daily.  Furthermore, company accepts only cash payments.  

Company did not provide response to differentiate or provide defenses to consumer allegations.
