In July 2009, State Attorney General, Andrew Cuomo, rendered a judgement in the amount of $300,000 against Lifestyle Lift related to the posting of anonymous positive reviews determined to have been posted by employees of the New York offices of Lifestyle Lift, under the direction of theri direct superiors.  Details of this ruling may be found at the following link: http://www.ag.ny.gov/media_center/2009/july/july14b_09.html

Lifestyle Lift has complied with said judgement, made restitution to the state of New York and terminated the emploment of those staff members involved in this deceptive practice.
This government action will be reflected in the report of BBB Serving Eastern Michigan for a period of 36 months from its inception.
