Purchased 4 wheel adapters over the phone with a very unprofessional owner of the company. He said they would ship them *** ground. He shipped them **** and according his employee who I spoke with at a later time he said he shipped it **** to save money. They misspelled my address and it ended of takin like 12 days to get delivered. After many phone calls I had to make to this company and to the post office I tracked it down. Every time I called this company they were rude and had zero professionalism, using swear words and such. In the mean time I had to cancel an apt with my mechanic who is usually booked days out. I finally got an updated delivery date and set another apt, loading my wheels in my car a second time to take it to get installed. I received my package AND THERE WAS ONLY 3 ADAPTERS AND THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 4. I had to cancel apt and unload wheels again. I called back and they sent 1 more out. I received it 3 days later, loaded wheels again and took them to my mechanic for install. He said they would not work because they were not the right thickness and the wheels wouldn't fit over it. They are stock wheels, nothing custom. I went to another mechanic to make sure and he said the same thing. I called today to ask for a return label and another rude employee answered and said nope we don't take returns. I told him to ask his owner and he agreed they would not take it back even after everything they put me through. I ordered these over the phone and was NEVER told there was not a return policy. I never even received an email with a receipt of my order after asking countless times for one. These were almost $200. These people are running a very unprofessional and unethical business and it needs to be noted. All I want is to send these back and get a full refund for these adapters(which are brand new and never installed) Thank you.
