            Terrible company! Did not put up the lights that were promised, and charged $1400 for one strand of Christmas lights. When confronted about it, the Owner (******) cussed me out, and accused me of being a racists. (I don't even know what race ****** is as I only spoke with him on the phone).

            Let me start off with i never dealt with you on any deals. The deals that were made to do your house, business and another house was agreed and paid by ***********************, your partner or boss. As far as the racist thing goes, you said my crew look rough, your wife was scared to go outside. Yet Ahe went outside to bring the garbage cans in and say hello to the crew. Your house was agreed to have the front outline. You didnt call me for what you wanted your partner did. As far a horrible job or a bad company, you didnt call and ask can we get something more then this. You came at me hard on a Friday day night at 7:23 pm. You were not even polite from the start. You were rude and I quote you said do you know who we are, we are lawyers we will mess you up. I have everything I need that I did the job right and did what we were supposed to. Again, he never talk to me til his lights went up. Everything was through ***********************, who agreed and paid for it by his card or the company. Thank you.

            The falsehoods and mischaracterizations in this response would take too long to response to individually. However, any customer wanting to deal with Zorro ********************************************* can clearly tell by the tenor of the response the type of company and people they are. There are many good companies out there that have good people. This is not one of them. If you want to avoid being taking advantage of, and being accused of being a racist for no reason, choose another company.

            Did you make a deal with me from the start? No. Did *********************** called and ask for 3 quotes, 2 houses and a business? And one was your house? Yes. Did the business and his house look great? Yes. Did your house get outline as agreed upon? Yes. When did we make a deal? Never. The false mischaracterizations are coming from you. I didnt call my crew rough? I forgot to dress in a tie and suit to hang lights in 30 degree weather. Again, we never made a deal. It was *********************** who did. You should have taking this up with your partner who made the agreement. I have the text and pictures to prove what we did and was ask for. Thank you.
