Complaint: On January 2, 2013, I brought my rug to the *** ***** location of Hagopian for cleaning. The rug was cleaned at the *** **** ********. The rug was returned two times because it was yellow. The rug is a natural berber wool with brown weaved in the natural fibers. A few years ago, I had Hagopian clean my rug, so I knew they could do the job. However, my expectations this time for adequate service were not met, and my rug is now ruined. As told to me by ******* the Cleaning Services Manager in *** ****, my rug has "brown spot" from not drying properly before rolling the rug. I have given Hagopian ample time to try to solve the problem. They have not been able to restore my rug since January 2013. I have lost my patience. I would like the replacement value paid to me by Hagopian for the wool rug. My order number is ********
Desired Settlement: I would like the actual cost it would take to replace the rug. Or I would like to be able to select a replacement rug from Hagopian. I also want a refund for the cost I paid to clean and Scotchguard the rug. I would have to go to a rug store to determine the replacement value, which I imagine would be a couple of thousand dollars for the quality of rug I have.
Business Response: I have been in constant contact with *** ****** ******** through the process of servicing her rug to her satisfaction. We have made improvements, which she is aware of, and have estimated it to be ready this Friday 4/26/13.
*******: Hagopian has delivered my rug and I am now satisfied with the resolution. How do I confirm that the complaint should be closed?
