Hello, I am reaching out to report a very unhappy and unprofessional experience with this business which started on April 12th 2021. I called and set up an appointment to visit Bushey because my vehicle's air conditioning was blowing cold air. they called after inspecting and troubleshooting and advised me that the condenser was bad and that it needed to be replaced and that would be $600. once completed I picked up and noticed it still wasn't as cold as it usually was or how it should be for a 6 year old truck. a week past by and I returned truck to them to tell them my findings and they advised me that's as cold as it gets and there are no leaks and everything is operating fine. I wasn't satisfied with that answer so I had them investigate more and they hooked vehicle to computer and were getting all these codes thrown and mentioned they cant work on that and I would have to take to a dealership, because its the computer module. I took their professional opinion and took to a dealership and got charged $120 to have them troubleshoot problem. The GM dealership told me the codes being throw from the computer were a bad compressor and clutch and would need to be replaced, they quoted me $1200 to do so. After leaving I called Bushey to let them know my findings and they told me the dealership was wrong but if I wanted them to replace the compressor it would be another $600 and they cant guarantee that it will fix anything. I am highly distraught knowing they just tried to do the quick fix and took my money without solving the issue and sent me to a dealership to get charged more for something the specialize in and should have figured out in the first place. I was referred to this business by a family member and after this experience i won't be referring anyone here to get work done, and after advising that family member of what happened they share the same mutual feelings. This company couldn't make it right and fix what was initially agreed upon, so I am out $720 with nothing fixed so far. warning please avoid this business, they do not care about customer service/
