              This dealership is a joke. It is shady and very unprofessional!!! I will never do business here and I will tell everyone I know not to go to this dealership! We have a Chevy Equinox to trade in and when my wife had the car in for service, they offered her a measly $300 to take the car off our hands. Only a few weeks later I took the car in to get a trade in offer and they offered me (***** guy) 11 times more than they offered to my Asian wife. Why? Seriously, WHY? Why did they offer my wife so little for the car yet me so much? Are they sexist, racist, a bit of both, or just trying to take advantage of an unsuspecting car owner and trying to rip us off???? How disgraceful!!!! I will NEVER do business at this dealership. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional!!!! When I told the gentleman making me an offer for my car, he smugly looked at me and didn't seem to be bothered by the blatant racism/sexism shown to my wife. I don't care if they offered me more money than another dealership, I'm not giving this place a cent of my business. I was in the dealership on Friday, 10/1 to get my car priced out. I check my glove box today, 10/3, for my registration, and they kept the registration for my car!!!! WHAT!!!!! They never put my registration back in my glove box after they took it out to make a copy! What kind of crappy and shady operation is this place running???? Now I have to go back again on Monday just to get my registration, do they even have it anymore... who knows?? What a waste of time this place is!!! I'll be filing other complaints about this dealership every where possible.
