Complaint: Company sent flyer advertising a POKER WINNING HAND. They sent a rep out to give an hour and half presentation which we listened to and said they would be sending an MP3 Player for our taking the time to see presentation.. This was in Feb or March of 2012 ? It is now June 2013 and I have called the company twice and both times they said they were sending out product and no delivery. False advertising, waste of our time and product never delivered... Think they need to get their BUSINESS ACCUMEN straightened out.
Desired Settlement: Would like product (MP3 Player sent to my address) POST HASTE !
Business Response: I'm very sorry you have not received your MP3 player. It's going out in the mail today with tracking so we know it gets to you. **** is a independent contractor and if he told you something and didn't follow up with it I'm very sorry. With calling the office two times and they told you it went out then it. There can be issues with post office or filling out delivery information could have been wrong. Today it's going USPS with tracking. Sorry about your inconvence and we hope to keep you happy by getting this out to you today.

Complaint: I was informed I had won a prize in a drawing. I was required to watch a two hour sales pitch in order to claim my prize. It has been four weeks and I have called three times. Each time I was told they would put my prize in the mail right away. I have still not received my prize. The prize was a three day, two night vacation package.
Desired Settlement: I want the trip voucher I was told I would receive for watching the two hour sales pitch.
Business Response: I spoke with ***** **** at 9:43am Thursday 03/14/2013 about his gift. I let him know we have mailed out his gift. He did not recieve it so I let him know I am mailing out another one today certified that way he will have to sign for it. This matter will be resolved today sorry for the inconvenience.
