People all across the country are reporting that they're getting calls on their cell phones, but the caller hangs up.

These calls are coming from scammers who want you to call back to see who it is. And when you do, according to a recent Better Business Bureau warning, you are connected to an "international adult chat line."

The Better Business Bureau warns: Don't call back! When you do you end up paying overseas fees and, of course, you're charged for adult entertainment. And typically your next bill will show an extra $19.95.

Here are the prefixes you need to be on the look-out for: Dominican Republic (809), Jamaica (876), British Virgin Islands (284) and Grenada (473).

So take a look at your phone. Do you see any numbers right now that you don't recognize? Calls where no one left a message? Do more than not call back - delete them.
