      I purchased my double door from Protector Door on April 25th. When purchasing we were informed that the doors are special ordered and will take up to 4-6 weeks. On July 13th I reached out to the company because I have not heard anything about my door. At this time I was told the delivery was ** in the air due to COVID. I finally got my door installed July 21st, when the door was installed they did not have both door k**** for the door. So one door was opened with space where the door k**** go, I was promised someone would be out first thing next morning. The next day, I once again had to call, I was then told the k**** had to be ordered and could take weeks. This is just ridiculous!!!! Once are door was installed it was very hard to close but we were told that it would be hard to close for a couple of weeks and Im not sure if this is true. Only July 27th I opened the door and it was like a pop and the door seem to drop down. On Monday I called to report the problem and I was told a service guy will come out. On September 1st the service guy came out and he tried and tried but couldnt fix the door. He finally explained that the installer would have to come out and someone would call me later that day. Now nobody called me so I called Friday morning, once again I was told due to the holiday someone would call me Tuesday. I heard nothing Tuesday, so I called Wednesday. When I called the company thought I was still waiting on my doorknob lol. I explained that my door is not properly on and needs to be fixed, once again I was told someone will call me back. I still have not heard anything. In all my years this has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. No concern for their customers, no customer service. I would advise that nobody use this company. I really wish they could come take the door and refund all my money!!!!!

      **** S I also think this company is quick to take your money. Calling to ask for service of any kind or to tell them about problems you have regarding their product you will not get any response. Those so-called customers that gave a 5-star review actually work for the company or are family members. I have called several times with no call back. Have been told that someone will call me back to schedule an appointment. I have not received any call back. Am very frustrated with this company. I will never recommend anyone to them. We had 2 exterior doors installed. The side door middle hinge is loose. The front door locks need to be fixed because they move from side to side when the latch is locked or unlocked. We can barely get the key in the door to lock and unlock. We paid over $4700 for two doors and cannot get anyone to fix the doors. We just keep getting the run around. The only reason they have a 1-star rating from me also is because it would not post my review if I didn't include a star. To me they should not get ANY STARS!!

      Good morning, I have tried to look up your account with us and I do apologize but I can not find your account that we installed. We do service our installations which is also noted on our contracts . We have a 90 day warranty which is stated on our contract. If called within the 90 days after installation, we schedule for service. Anything after 90 days there may be a service fee plus parts. Please contact myself directly, which this is my work cell, please text me or call me at ************. I will be happy to help you with your concerns and / or issues you are having. We also provide with each installation a maintenance guide on how to care for your products we have installed. If you would like I can also send this to you.
