I signed a contract with this company on 24 June, 2021 to replace and install 10 windows in my 150+ year old home. On 29 June, five days later, I expanded the contract to include another 13 windows. I gave there salesman $3000 cash and the account number of a finance contract that covered the balance. I informed the salesman and owner that I normally sealed the windows with plastic on 15 Oct, and turned boiler on 1 Nov. They assured me installation would take place in mid Sept, as long as I removed awnings prior to install. I have done so.On 1 September I called company to check on install date and I formed them I would be out of country from 29 Sep to 8 Oct. I was told they were backlogged, so mid Oct would be better for them.I called upon my return and was told they were still backlogged and end of Oct was likely, but early Nov seemed a good bet. I called again 18 Oct and was told that they had no idea when I could expect install. I have called also on 4 Nov and 9 Nov. I was told 9 Nov that installs were being done this week for contracts signed at the end of June. I reiterated that my first contract was signed 24 June and was told "I don't know what to say. We will get to you when we can." I held off on sealing my windows and turning on the boiler to save energy. Last week it was 49 degrees INSIDE my house. I am 61 and too old for this company's failure to live up to the terms of my contract.
