My Kitchen remodel started in August of 2020. It was a huge job costing over $30,000. It was a job that was not suppose to last more than 6 - 8 mths at the most. So much went wrong over the process, from the drywall, paint, electrical, cabinet, appliances you name it there was an issue. At first it was blamed on Covid, but now I can not accept that comment. The contractor came over a month ago to look at my list of things that need to be finished or repaired, I am waiting on a third cabinet door, because the other two were warped. I was asked to make the final payment back in February of 2021, the contractor said he couldn't wait on the 2nd cabinet door to come in or the final steps to be completed. I said I would not make the final payment until the job was completed and I was happy. He got a little upset with me. I told him to read the contract, it states that the final payment will not be made until the homeowner is satisfied. The job is not finished so I am still holding on the the final payment. They came back over a month ago and said they would set something up to come as soon as possible to finish. I have not heard back. I called my salesperson two weeks ago, he told me this is unacceptable and will get on it, but her a still sit with nothing being done. Very disappointed in KSI!
