    Placed an order for a subscription to their ********************** in order to get access to market data lists per an email offer I received from them. When I tried to access the data lists, their website said it would cost an additional $800. I called that same day and cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund of the $169 subscription fee, I was told it would be processed and I would hear back within 2 days. It has now been more than 14 days and I still have not been contacted. I called them again today and was told it would be elevated once again today. They won't even let me talk to a supervisor to try to get it resolved today.

    Please do not subscribe to their service, they make it impossible to cancel and continue to charge their fees. When called a few minutes after the renewal, they are unable to process any refunds. They should not be allowed to do business.

    The customers are provided notice on how subscriptions will auto renew when they subscribe. Subscribers also receive a receipt with the auto renewal wording at the time of subscribing and a phone number to opt out of auto renewal at any time.
    Subscribers are then sent an auto renewal notice 30 days in advance of charging a credit card. The subscriber must have overlooked these notices prior to credit card charge.
