              Scheduled an appointment for a specific treatment with a specific dosage over the phone which they agreed to. Upon arrival they tried telling me I was getting enough of a dosage to be worth it. What they meant is they werent making enough money. While that is bad enough my true complaint is that during the appointment their tech who was scolding me admitted that the product that they use isnt Botox. I have dozens of emails from them promoting the special treatment for the Botox brand. I also have previous invoices where I paid for Botox only to find out they are using a different product. This is a bait and switch. Its unethical and unlawful.

              This is the worst place to go to have any cosmetic procedure done! Especially a woman names *****, she was extremely rude and rushed through my fraxel session! She turned down the heat setting without asking me which efected my results. Basically it was a waste of $1200.I gave them another chance only to be disappointed again. I got another fraxel session and added prp $150 add on. The girl who did my session forgot to put it on and after she realized she tried to cover it up by giving me the syringe of prp and told me to use it at home. This place is the worst place ever! DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE MONEY!!! If i could give 0 stars i would.
