Additional Complaint Information
This business incurs a high volume of complaints related to the terms of loans it issues, applicable interest rates and the manner in which these terms are disclosed to consumers. Further, while the business continues to respond to consumer complaints, all responses refer to the business' extraordinary status as an "economic arm" of a federally recognized American Indian Tribe. This status overrides state law in many cases and allows for interest rates considerably higher than those allowed by standard sate and federal consumer protection laws.
