              Horrible!! Horrible!! Please don't give your business to them the customer service is horrible I was waiting for my order over 2 month every time I call they say we are working on it and sometimes they say your doctor is not sending us your information I called the doctor and they proof to me that they have sent everything to them since day one so I called again letting them know that the doctor showed me they completed everything they hang up the phone!! I called again I asked her why did you hang up and she starts yelling at me and hang up the phone. I think the girls works their they steal the equipment's never dealing with them again.

              In response to the comments above the customer was notified of the requirements that ******** has to allow them to receive the items ordered. With that being said they do not qualify and we have tried to discuss with the patient and all family members that are calling. It is not in our hands to qualify the patient they need to discuss this with the physician and their staff. We confirmed we did not hang up on the customer above they were transferred and in the transfer lost a connection.
