I had a flood in my kitchen on May 23, z2023. It notified my insurance co. Right away. If it wasnt for **** at Sun Glow, Id would still be in a hotel. I had one contractor quit because of my insurance adjuster. **** stepped in and things started to happen. He and his company were professional and always available for any concerns. Anyone sent to my home for repairs were polite and efficient and on time. ********* from contents could not have been nicer or more helpful.. My job is completed and the am home and very satisfied. Im would recommend **** or SunGlow. It you want professionalism and people who are good to work with call them.

SunGlo remodeled my kitchen and living room last spring. They completed under time and under budget. Team **** was great to work with

Dont let ******************* anywhere near your house or whats left of it. There will not be a positive result if he has any little thing to do with since he only hears himself. Nightmare. Rebuilt my house after messing around for 2 years, heard nothing l said, did what he felt like??, blocked off all communications since I got mouthy with them for not replacing the driveway they demos. Unbelievable.

Dont hire this company! I wish Id read reviews before I agreed to work with them. A tree fell on the house I was in the process of purchasing and Sunglo was hired to oversee the repairs. First, the project manager, Rip, went over everything that would be done and assured me hed communicate with me each step of the way. He gave me an estimate that the project would be complete in two months at the latest. He even gave me a spiel about how he likes to under promise and over deliver. Ha! I reached out to Rip 3 weeks after the meeting because I hadnt heard a thing about any repairs being scheduled. He responded with several excuses and an urge that I be patient. Another 2 weeks go by. Nothing. So I reached out again and was told they would start next week. That didnt happen. Another couple weeks. More excuses and a promise that the repairs will begin next week. Finally, 2 months after the initial meeting, repairs begin. They finish and I do a walk through prior to the closing process. I find that two different corners in the house were not painted. Not blended or anything. They just didnt paint those corners and it is brutally obvious as the colors do not match. There is a huge gap between the wall and ceiling in the kitchen where they clearly did drywall work, because of the huge mess of drywall dust they left for me. They also left a satellite dish dangling from the roof. I reached out again to Rip, whose reply was that they were trying to schedule someone to come fix the satellite. After asking him if his company is liable for any damage the satellite makes, suddenly someone is available to come the next day! Nothing is done about the paint and Rip tells me that these issues were pre-existing and that the drywall dust must have been from some other recent work (untrue as the house was empty until I moved in and the previous owner hadnt done any recent projects). I hope whoever takes the time to read this saves themselves the headache I experienced and hires ANYONE else!

I am very very disappointed with Sunglo. Restoration service My insurance company recommended them to repair a water damage hole in my Family room which was about the size of a half dollar and a line that went across the ceiling. Its been 3 months now ( May13th ) since they came out and put a 4 foot hole across the ceiling On that day they did a water test on my roof and siding to determine were the water is coming in from.. They then put up a tarp across the hole in my family room ceiling. I made multiple calls in June and now its July. They came out yesterday July 7th after I called the office number. Two guys started working on my siding by taking part of it off around the roof line and windows looked if they could see any water damage nothing they then put the siding back up came inside removed the tarp did a water test. again. The water was coming in, you now need our roofer man to come out said the project supervisor, the roofer guy was out in April when I first made the claim. We will put the tarp back up for you., WELL .. It poured rain last night my tarp was filling up I have photos of that, more water then I've ever seen now dripping onto my floor and counter top. Even with the tarp up !!!! I called the Sunglo 24 hour number At 6:20pm two guys came out at 9:45 pm left at 10:50pm. They drained the water from the tarp cut a bigger hole in the tarp attached a plastic bag tube to the trap and ran it to my kitchen sink. so the rain water can go down my drain This company is a joke !!!!! Now half of my family room is covered in tarp on the ceiling and floor with a huge garbage can to collect water if the tarp doesn"t hold they said...That:s just stupid and how do I do dishes !!!! I do not have a dishwasher so washing dishes , pots, pans is difficult. I am a senior, my husband passed away a few months ago from cancer, he had home hospice care.. Still dealing with that grief and now I have this problem. Are they taking advantage of me??? This situation is unbelievable. I do have lots of photos and documentation of all my calls to Sunglo. I just wish my situation would get fixed, I did mention to them many times I have family coming in from out of town in Aug for a wedding.......No problem everything will be done I'll believe it when I see it.
