I brought my truck into the auto repair shop three months ago for an issue with the motor and the squealing issue. I get a call from them telling me its the motor mounts serpentine belt and pulley I have them change out the serpentine belt and pulley, after receive my car back I still had a squealing issue that was caused by a bad tensioner and the wrong size serpentine belt however it took me four times bringing it back to the same shop for the same issue for them to realize they put the wrong serpentine belt on it and the pulley. each time I took it there for the same issue they fixed different things thinking it was going to fix the issue they charge me $600 for an AC compressor my truck didnt even need. Resulting from that my heat vent where my AC comes out makes a noise that Ive never heard before and theyre saying thats not the work they did. but i know it was. Once they change that out theythought the squealing stopped but I had to take it back for fifth time to have them work on it again on the same issue. I had another problem with my car so I took it back to the shop and they call me with $1500 worth of work that needs to be done. mind you my car was just in their shop five times previous and they never said my car needed anything else other than a motor mount serpentine belt and poly. This time they called me with I need a thermostat housing ball joints motor mounts brake pads among other things. after this last time of getting my car back with him saying they completed everything they fixed everything and me paying the money, two days later my car bogs out on the freeway causing me to have to pull over on the side of the freeway with my check engine light ABS light among other light flashing on my dash. Now their tell me it needs a motor, after spending over ***** in this shop in the last 3 months, my car has been in their shop a total of 8 times, i have all paper work Proving so. showing that each time it was in the shop they replaced something!!
