Complaint: I purchased a 2010 ******** Town & Country 10/12/2012 from ***** Feldman Chevrolet. I was told that I would have a bumper to bumper warranty for 6 years or 100000 miles at no cost to me. I found out 11/01/2012 that I was charged $2990.00 for this warranty. I canceled this warranty 11/14/2012 at the dealer. As of 03/12/2013 I did not get a credit to my loan at **** Bank (allyauto.com). The name of the warranty company is *** ******** ******** Corporation. I was told by ***** Feldman Chevrolet that if I cancel this warranty within the first 3 months of purchase date that it would double my interest rate on the loan. That was the first lie, and the second lie was the ******** Manufacturer warranty that gives you 5 years or 100,000 mile on major power train is null and void when the vehicle is sold to another private owner.The third lie was the second car key that they could not find would be replaced at their cost. I had to pay $75.00 for another car key. I want to be credited 2,990.00 to my car loan and compensated for the interest since 11/14/2012

The service contract on ******* ******** 2010 Chrysler Town and Country was cancelled as the customer requested effective 11/14/2012.  The full refund of $2990.00 is being credited to the customer's **** Bank account immediately along with the $50.60 of interest accured during the term.
