              I would give minus stars if I could. I have purchased two cars and a truck form this place. Just one more terrible experience I have had with the service department. My trunk was leaking and filling up with water FOR THE SECOND TIME. 2015 ************. The first time it was covered under the extra premier insurance I purchased with my car. Thank god. That was in 2018 and it cost $1600 to replace the light seals and sanitize the trunk. Who replaces light seals on a car that was not in an accident? TWICE? Now in October 2023 the same thing. The light seals need to be replaced only this time its not covered. Almost $2000 to replace the seals AGAIN and sanitize. OK. ************************* took my complaint. When I went to pick up my car the trunk had only been dried out and I'm pretty sure my car was parked outside with the windows down as there was 2 inches of snow on the inside of my car when I opened the door. My trunk upon inspection was Not clean, not vacuumed, AND defiantly not sanitized. I'm hoping that the seals were actually replaced at this point. I was extremely upset as it cost me $1118 for them to dry my trunk and replace $40 worth of light seals. When I complained the manager ***** came and talked with me asking what I would like to rectify the situation. I asked for the trunk carpet to be shampooed, cleaned and dry as stated in the original repair costs. He stated they would detail the entire car for me. The next day when I went to pick up my car I could not even believe my eyes. I didn't even have the energy to argue about the detail job that was done. They basically vacuumed the car, half a** and even that was an unacceptable job. When I touched the carpet in the trunk it was wet and dirty. The inside was the same. ***** the manager stated he would pay for my detail job to be done by the person I always use to detail my car. I'm hoping he'll stand by his word. we'll see. My car is not going to this place EVER again.

The Service Was Great the Salesman was Very Helpful in Helping Me Find the Type of Vehicle I was Looking for. I Walk out with the type of Vehicle I wanted. at a Great Deal I Was Very Pleased.               I am severely disappointed and insulted by Feldman Highland, specifically with the general sales manager. I am a direct ** employee who had ordered a vehicle about 3 months ago and have been patiently waiting for its arrival. A couple weeks ago, I was invited to look at a vehicle. While working with the product specialists, my interactions were normal and pleasant. After declining to continue with the vehicle I had been brought in to see, I was shown another vehicle on the lot. The vehicle was priced within $5-10k of the vehicle I had ordered and was the same make and model with a similar build. After going back and forth with the specialist, the manager came over. I attempted to explain that at that current moment, I was not prepared to purchase a vehicle. I hold my financial assets in hard, not liquid, forms and it takes a few days to move things around. I had also identified a $5k discrepancy from my original build/price sheet/gmfamilyfirst employee price and the price they claimed my ordered vehicle costs. They also were reluctant to supply another build & price sheet, deflecting the question. The conversation progressed from normal to aggressive and finally insulting. I am very much aware of sales tactics intended to degrade a person's financial situation in order for the buyer to feel the seller is "working with them" to purchase the product. At one point in the conversation, the sale's manager told me he was shocked I was even able to order the vehicle. I am luckily financially well-off and in no way would struggle to afford an approximately $50,000 vehicle. I was under complete scrutiny answering questions over private financial information, all while priorly deemed pre-qualified by ** financial for the vehicle. Feeling insulted from this completely unacceptable interaction, I am not continuing my business with Feldman Chevrolet of Highland. I will be contacting the ** global headquarters, the ***************, and complaining of immoral sales tactics.

              Since purchasing my vehicle in Aug/Sept 2021 I have had nothing but issues. The transmission had to be replaced within a few days of buying the car and the service manager was rude and basically told me I was stupid for buying and asked how I didnt hear that the transmission was bad. I am not a mechanic by any means and it was the first car I bought myself for me and my 3 kids. I then took my car back in after transmission was replaced which was a hassle. I had purchased the extended warranty but they still gave me issues as the car was making noises when I turned and drove. Upon taking the car to the dealership they told me shocks, struts, brakes etc. were bad. Ive now owned it for only a month at this time. They quoted that it would cost over $4k to fix. I didnt have that kind of money especially when I just dumped money into buying the car to begin with. They kept the car for weeks as they went back and forth with saying what was wrong with it and warranty. I had to get a rental car myself while they kept the vehicle and paid almost $700 for a week for a rental car so I could transport my kids around. I ended up taking my car to a different mechanic and he asked had I had anything done to transmission area, motor, etc. I said yeah I had the transmission replaced. The noise that had been occurring with my car was due to the fact that the dealership didnt put in all the motor mount bolts and left some loose. It was a quick $75 cost rather than the $4k they quoted me for all the items they said was wrong. Recently I go back as my check engine light keeps coming on and they are saying the trans cooler lines are bad, theres an exhaust leak, and purge sylanode are bad is what they said is wrong now and it would cost about $3k to fix and isnt covered under my warranty and left the engine cover off and loose under the hood. I have done nothing but have issues, have received no help, and have been treated poorly by the service manager on more than one occasion.

              I bought a used 2010 dodge journey from them and it has been nothing but problems since day one. They replaced The transmission twice and replaced the transfer case. And I have had multiple problems since When I call to talk to them they either a say they will call me back or beat they hang up on me because I complain. The car that they sold me A lemon. I still own the car and drive it but it's been in several shops since I got it for multiple things. When they had my car in their shop it was there for a month at a time each time I took it there. Didn't get a loaner car. So not only did I not have a car while mine was being fixed I also missed a lot of work for not having a loaner car almost list my job. This car has been a nightmare. They sales guy talked a good game about the car that's why I got it he said it was reliable and as a matter of fact it was not. It also had cracked dried out tires when I picked it up they said they would get some in and replace them and they never did so I had to go buy tires. Don't ever buy a car from this place your better off going somewhere else. Not only did I have a problem with them but four of my friends and family members have also had issues buying a car from them

              My wife and I were at this place of business trying to get a new vehicle, first **************** was nice enough to talk to my wife and I like we were dumb females and needed to be man-splained to and treated like we didnt know what we really wanted in a vehicle and what we had asked for was just too much for us little women to handle, for some reason we continued to try to work with him and when my wife went out to OUR vehicle to make a personal phone call, **************** thought it was an excellent idea to circle the vehicle like a vulture circling its prey and then without permission opening the car door and forcing himself into the vehicle and proceeding to take over the phone call. Not only did you confuse the heck out of the company my wife was talking to, but you also triggered her PTSD and sent her into a major anxiety attack. My wife informed me of what you did **************** so I approached *************************** to file a complaint, which in turn he tried to inform me that they do not do those sorts of things and I just misunderstood what had happened. Well I went home and proceeded to have to pry open the bathroom door, because my wife was trying to overdose thanks to you triggering her ****************. You see she is a victim of **** and domestic violence. The next morning in hopes of trying to make sure this never happened to another female shopper I contacted ************************* the general manager explaining to him what had happened and he pulled the old boys club trick, saying he was so sorry, etc. and he was going to talk to the other two about what had happened and that should not be done like that, but that **************** had every right to get in OUR vehicle, ya know for appraisal information, mind you I had gotten the keys back from them after they finished the appraisal and before my wife went to make the personal call. Once I got the keys back to OUR vehicle that should have taken away any right he had to barge into our vehicle without permission.Please DO NOT shop here!

              We are from **** we seen a 2019 equinox on line for ***** they sent us a video hiding all of the damage to the vehicle and when they showed us the final **** they threw in all kind of charges upping the price we told them no so **** a scam artist got the price back down and shipped it to us when the vehicle got here it had a broken windshield and damage to the top and scatches down the passenger side )the dealership ************************* here owns half of the scam dealership their )and told us it would take **** to repaint and repair damages) **** and the general manager said no buff it out were done with this so believe everyone run do not buy anything from them or you will be sorry the *********

              I am so disappointed with my experience. We called to inquire about a used car. We were told it was available and in good working order. We were on our way, 40 miles down the road, and they called and told us it had to have new "lines" and he would call us when it was ready. So we drove back home having been on the road for over an hour. A few days later we still had not found a used car and they called and said it was all set and ready for purchase after a 32 point inspection. I asked if it was safe and if he would let his Wife or Mother drive it. He said yes and that it runs great. So we drove 90 miles to try it out. We test drove it and it seemed fine and we liked it. We asked if there was anything wrong with the car that we should know about. Nope, no known problems. **** was very kind and friendly and even gave us a discount. We thought maybe because we are senior citizens or maybe because I am a nurse working in COVID ICU. We signed all the papers and got on the road home. After driving 10 miles the check engine light came on. We went back and had them check it out and they said it was the catalytic converter. They said that we could take it to Tuffy Muffler to get it fixed. WHAT? We just drove away after being told there wasn't a thing wrong with it, why can't they fix it? It was now our problem. We asked for our money back. Not happening. Sale is final. Left feeling defeated but got home safely. The next morning there was oil and transmission fluid all over our garage floor. We called and asked for help to get it fixed. They said they would call us back and did not. They will not return our phone calls now at all. People don't seem to matter to them, but taking their money matters. We are an elderly couple, in our 60s, on a lower income and needed a second car. Now we have no money to get one that works and they won't stand by their word that it was in good working order. Please beware of giving them your business. They can not be trusted. They need to come get this car and give us our money back. And they owe us money for all the gas it took to get there and back - twice.

              I bought a 2018 traverse from them with a 6 year warranty about 5 months ago. I had to wait a couple days after signing to get the vehicle home I was told it passed their inspection and they also had to detail the vehicle because it had an awful smoke smell. The vehicle ran great until about mid December. I called to have my vehicle serviced with them and they told me the next available appointment was Tuesday December 28th. They had no loaner vehicles available but I could rent a car at my own expense. I had a mechanic take a look at my car prior to my service appointment to see if I could get my vehicle fixed sooner due to Christmas approaching and my vehicle being the only one to fit our family of 6. The mechanic said that my catalytic converter was cracked and it should be covered under warranty and it would be best to let the dealership take care of it since it should be covered under warranty. We canceled all our Christmas plans which ***** but oh well can't force them to take my car in earlier. Upon dropping my vehicle off I told them I had made an appointment at 5pm and they seemed annoyed and asked me twice if I had an appointment. Meanwhile a lady next to me explained her husband works there and that she is having problems with her car. Several employees swarmed her car to take care of everything. Meanwhile I'm getting drilled on are you sure you have an appointment. They told me it would take 48 hours to diagnose the vehicle. That's fine its not like I have a choice. They called me Thursday so my car should have been looked at they said they hadn't gotten to my vehicle yet but that they should be able to get to by tomorrow probably which was Friday new years eve and if not then Monday. Annoyed but alright not like much I can do. They called Friday and said that they took my vehicle apart and found my catalytic converter was cracked but it's covered. They also said my y pipe and muffler were cracked. They said it would be $1500 to fix. I said I could not afford that and I was told that they will fix the catalytic converter and I could get the rest done somewhere cheaper. I told them ok thats fine. Not even 2 minutes later they called back to say they couldn't do that. When I asked why they said my y pipe was so rusted that if they took it off it won't go back on so all repairs had to be done at once or not at all. They said they could drop the price to $1300. I said I still cannot afford it. They then proceeded to ask if I would be picking up my car and I said yes they said see you soon. About an hour later I made it to pick my car up they said oh they haven't put it back together yet it is still on the hoist. They said it should be done by 4pm but they would call me. They never called me and I wasn't wasting time and gas driving back up there. They were closed until Monday. I never got a call on Monday so I called around noon and was told they tried to contact me and left a voice mail I said that's funny because I have no record of a missed call or a voicemail. Then he proceeds to say oh wait which is your vehicle so I told him and then he says oh ya I got busy and forgot to call but you should have come it was done at 4pm. So I went up there and it took them a while to find my vehicle. I took my car home and the mechanic I had originally taken it to looked at my vehicle after I told him what happened. He said they never even took anything apart. He took my y pipe off and it wasn't even cracked my muffler was still in tact my y pipe had very minimal rust on it. We found a catalytic converter to replace the cracked on and now my vehicle runs just fine. They are liars! The fact that they did an inspection on my vehicle and found no problems but not even 5 months later it's so rusted and cracked they can't do any repairs says a lot about their inspections as well as their shady business. We were going to purchase another vehicle from them but after this never again. If you plan on getting a vehicle or service from them I would suggest you take your money and run. They have a lot of 1 star reviews on ****** that seem to be covered up with a lot of suspicious 5 star reviews. I have 2 kids with heart defects that have significant medical bills as well as our current school bus system that leaves me needing to transport my kids. It is incredibly sad this dealership cared more about lying and making money off its customers. I had to walk 40minutes in the cold with my 3, 5 and 7 year old just to get them to school. My 12 year *********** is even farther and he had to miss a week of school thanks to this crappy dealership wanting to rip me off for $1500 on lies.
