Traded a car in for a car that has a bad transfer case and a bad wheel bearing that needs replaced. I'm literally STUCK with a car I cannot drive they are looking bad for business at this point and I won't stop getting on their a** about fixing my car !

The guy told me the parts should be in this week . I'm getting really impatient with you guys at this point because you guys need to figure out something I need a car ! I traded you guys a perfect running car and you guys gave me a car I can't even drive I only made one payment on it and I haven't even been able to drive it for a month now that's ridiculous. Something NEEDS to be done !!!! **** ignores my texts so at this point if you guys are going to think this car will not be fixed you all are wrong because I'm not going to stop until this car is fixed or until you take this car back and find me another one !!! I'm going to keep reporting you all until there is some investigation there at that place. You guys screwed me over ... But Im not giving up I'm really upset with you guys you guys make business look so bad right now ...Review from Daniel R.

I think this company needs a training class in ethics , the process was going well found a suv with features and mileage I was interested in for our family , at the test drive the odometer was ********************************************************************************* price to reflect the additional **** miles was told there would be no adjustment ,also the second key fob was never found the salesperson offered to purchase out of their own pocket which that isnt even right , that key fob is 300 after programmed , so I will have to eat the additional **** miles and a spare key FOB , so word to the wise record watch out for this company , its sad , where are the companies that put the customer first ,that put families firstReview from Dallas B

Horrible bad service, I bought 2010 Dodge Ram for 27,000$. Signed the paperwork I was assured I was driving away with the truck. As I am walking out they told me it need major replacements part. 3 weeks later I get my truck delivered to my house, with a broken keyfob. I had to wait a week to get a new key fob. 2 months later ***** miles it's breaks down. Stalling out and wouldn't even start. So I took it to the dealership in water to ***********************. He's the service manager. He assured I'd have an answer in 2 days. I called back 3 days later still didn't know. Then a week goes by still didn't know. Then now almost 2 weeks still no answer in my truck. They are blatantly putting me off. My contract covers what need to be done. They aren't even looking at it. I was just a sale to Them nothing more. The service director Contacted me and assured me my truck would be looked at today. Now I can't even get a hold of her. I keep getting pushed into the back burner. Do not buy a truck or car from here. My family and friends also bought vehicles they having the same if not worse problems then I am having. The customer has been contacted and has an appointment, to visit the location and speak directly with the service manager to attempt a resolution for all concerns
