    They seemed wonderful in the beginning! At this point I would give zero stars if I could. We are almost ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** sent to the insurance company for processing. They have done nothing with the contents that we have worked through for almost a year! We cant get them to return our calls our emails, but they make sure to call and email when a check comes in and they want their 10% cut. Meanwhile, we are paying for a service that does nothing for us and we couldnt really afford but thought would be a huge help to **. No company should ever treat a family that has lost everything so poorly. I deeply regret signing that contract as the process would have been quicker without them.

    I cannot say enough great things about Michigan Fire Claims and recommend anyone who experiences a fire to reach out to them. This company was a lifesaver for me and was THE BEST CALL I EVER MADE when it came to navigating insurance and rebuilding back normalcy after losing my home and EVERYTHING in it. To be honest, when *** called me a week after my fire, having previously been forewarned by my insurance regarding public adjusters, I politely declined ***s offer for help. Fast forward 2 months later and as a last ditch effort pulled out ***s yellow and black business card and reached out as I was feeling at a loss in navigating the insurance and feeling lost and overwhelmed as a whole. *** drove over an hour that same day to meet with me and I am beyond grateful that he did as I was only 4 days away from my 60-day deadline of returning the Statement Proof of Loss and in turn forfeiting my right to negotiate any additional monies from the insurance. He also assured me that his team would help me with my inventory, something that had been a huge stress and seemed an impossible daunting task while working a full time job and being a single mom of two school-aged children. That offer of help was a HUGE weight lifted off my shoulders. In the following ************************** patiently helped me go room-by-room recapping everything in my home and then with the help of others on the team, to then price everything so that I was able to get the full payout amount for my personal property. In addition, *** and his team helped me obtain extensions in filling out and returning my Statement Proof of Loss and worked on my behalf with my insurance to help me get additional monies that I would have not been able to do on my own. So a ginormous THANK YOU to *** and his amazing team for all they have done in helping give this homeowner peace of mind. All of them are super friendly, a real pleasure to work with and provided a real comfort during a time when I felt at an extreme loss.
