We saw a water **** in the ceiling of the second floor so asking to have someone come out for an estimate and to see if there is even an issue. Person said the issue is around a pipe on the roof and they can fix it. I was told I would get a call to tell me a date and time a person would come out to fix it. One day without notice a van came up, went on my roof, stayed for a hour or 2 and left. They never left a notice or even knocked on my door. I only knew they were here because my dad baby sat and told me about it. They never provided proof of work or to even verify the work fixed any issue. I spoke with the company and they apologized, gave me an excuse that were behind in calls so they took off $40 from the **** which lowered to $360.68 which I felt was not enough off. The person said the manager would be out in a day or 2 to collect the payment. I left the check with my mom and the company never showed to collect. Now months on Nov 30th I get a call saying my account still owes and I companied about the late of customer service, follow thru from them on anything, and lack of communication. Person who called be on 11/30 was named Stacy ***** and she said she is new and she just noticed the account and apologized again and said they had issues. She said she would talk to her manager about the account so they then took $60.68 off now and lowered it to $300.00. I feel at this point the **** should be waived, between no proof of work ever left and no communication and never showing to even collect payment after they said they would.
