Complaint: I want you to know that their service was horrible. I had to re do everything. The sub contractor they hired this out to had no idea what he was doing and it was one excuse after another. Very disappointed and think I deserve a full refund, although I know that wont happen voluntarily. I checked them out first at the US BBB and that proved to be a false sense of security. They serve a serious dis-service to the consumer.

Desired Settlement: The work is worthless.

Business Response: This client originally ordered from us on January 15th. There was a slight delay on his draft because, if I remember correctly, the writer in question's wife had a baby. Other than that delay, the client has not been in contact with us until yesterday evening. Thus, we had no indication until his email yesterday that there was any dissatisfaction with the service.

At any point over the last 8 weeks, the client was free to contact our customer service email address or our toll free number and we would have happily and promptly worked to resolve any concerns he might have had. We would have happily commissioned additional rewrites or even assigned an entirely different writer to start a new draft from scratch.

In good faith, we have this morning credited this client the full amount of the charge. We are only disappointed that the client made no effort to work with our customer service team to resolve his concerns... or even to make us aware that issues existed in the first place. Our customer service team is there 7 days a week to assist in matters like this. But we are unable to resolve customer dissatisfaction if we're not even made aware that dissatisfaction exists.
