In an already stressful situation, ******** made it even worse!On December 11, my father's doctor sent in an order for two items. I followed up with the doctor's ****** to verify the orders were sent. They confirmed they were. However, ******** antiquated system prefers only faxed orders, so I had to get the orders faxed over. I waited several days before following up again. When I called ********, I spent over 45 minutes on hold. When I reached someone, I was transferred ****, resulting in another 30 minutes on hold. All this to find out that theitems were pending insurance approval. I was told someone would return my call, but that never happened.Someone attempted a delivery, but we were not there to accept it due to my father being in the hospital. Despite three interactions with ******** leaving my phone number as the contact number, someone may have left a message with my hard-of-hearing, cognitively impaired, severely ill father. I called to reschedule the delivery again.On the scheduled day of delivery, I arranged to be at my father's house to accept the delivery - which we had now been waiting for for five weeks - with no call from ******** about a delivery time. I phoned ******** at 3:00 on the day of delivery and was told they would deliver before 7:00 pm. ******** verified the equipment was on the truck and that there were just a couple of deliveries before ours. At 7:05, I called Binsn's emergency number to inquire again about delivery. I was told that the items would likely still be delivered and that someone from customer service would call me back straight away. I am still waiting for a call back. When the delivery finally did come - it was the day after the scheduled delivery. The delivery man was unprofessional and did not even show me how to work any of the equipment. I called after the delivery to explain the problems we faced with a manager, but after 20 minutes on hold, I hung up. The service we received was terrible.Review from Melanie L

I rented a lift chair for my husband. The chair was great. Reaching anyone by phone was absolutely horrible. It was easier to drive the 3 miles to the store. I returned the chair in the allotted time to get my $250 deposit back. I left several messages and went to the store to talk to someone in person about getting the deposit back. I was told I was approved for a credit. After a month and no refund, I disputed the $250 with my credit card. Binsons never even responded to the credit card company. Their customer service is the absolute worse. I will never purchase or rent anything from them again.Review from Marshall H

Called over several times to get **** equipment, couldn't reach anyone, wait time over 25 minutes no one answered. Was finally able to get the operator they forwarded my call and still got no response from the **** department. I will contact my insurance company and get a different medical equipment company. I also received a bill for rental add on for my **** machine, which I didn't authorize. Poorly run operations. Zero starsReview from Ross J

I will spend every dime that i own in court before i pay ******** this "debt" they claim that i owe them. Equipment that I purchased (which was covered by my insurance) wasn't even billed for 3 months. At that point i switched insurances and now they are trying to charge me for something they never billed for in the first place and of course since its a new insurance policy..they never pre authenticated it. I also reached out to them multiple times to try and resolve. Now they are sending me to creditors. Deceptive, shady, borderline fraudulent business practices. Beware at all costs.Review from Joe G

Do not use ******** for CPAP supplies. I purchased a Swift 2 mask online without insurance and paid $104 (which is pretty much the average for this device) for the whole set up (mask and nasal pillows). I went through my doctor and used ******** for my last supply order. The same mask was billed as three line items totaling just under $180. When I called customer service they cheerfully told me in so many words to go somewhere else if I don't like it. I guess they must get a lot of complaints. I will never use them again. They get one star because there is no zero stars.Review from Paula M

After my experience and after reading the reviews, I understand how ******** has an F grade and 1/5 stars. I have a POC that isn't working and I went into the ************ nearly two weeks ago to exchange for a working one. After much discussion about my need for POC, I was told an updated Order, a hallway walk assessment, along with doctor's ****** notes, etc., was needed before they could provide a working POC. That doesn't seem right that a piece of equipment provided by them has failed and it cannot be exchanged? What am I supposed to do for oxygen in the meantime? However, all of their requirements have now been fulfilled and I am still waiting to exchange a non-working POC for one that works. I have called several times and have been told they still do not have the information they require from UM doctor. The doctor is disgusted and so am I.Review from Lynne C

Per Golden Technologies, the manufacturer of my PR515 Cloud chair, they recommended I contact ANY local distributor and give them the I.D.# given to me that would contain the information needed to replace the remote still under warranty. I elected to go with Binson's Medical Supplies in Ann Arbor because they're close (at the time, I didn't know they sold the Cloud chair) and I was a customer of theirs, having purchased a walker a year ago as well as tennis balls. and a few other incidentals. I was on the phone with Binson's for quite a while with ******* who told me that per her manager they would not be ordering me a remote because I didn't purchase my chairs from them. She pulled me up in the system and knows I'm a customer. The remote is under warranty. They have the ability, but they refused to service me. I had the specific model no. of the remote and she told me there are many remotes and I needed to bring my remote in so they would order the correct one. I told her I googled the model number and immediately my exact remote appeared on the screen and it even said it's for the Model PR515. Still I would have to bring it in. And then she checked with her manager and said they would not be able to help me. They represent Golden. I just don't understand. Very poor professionalism and not a good business ethic. I called another company, who accommodated me immediately. And I will never again do business with Binson.Review from Beverly F

Worst **************** in the whole world and their online service is worse. I have asked my Doctor to find another supplier as I have never received good service from this supplier, I arrived to exchange a mask at 1:45 waited until 2:15 they accepted a patient with a appointment after my number was skipped which was 75 I heard 77 being called and asked who had called 75 no one responded, also the customer service is very seldom answered so why do they have a phone number??? I never placed an order from Binsons nor did I authorize a shipment to my house. This is the second time. They got me once but never again. This time the hospital staff gave me all the items I need for my medical issue. If by chance I run out of anything I will purchase as needed. I didn't sign either for my insurance to be billed and I will not pay for something I didn't order or authorize.Review from Rachel H

I dont even know how this company stays in business. I have been trying to get a supportive seat for my daughter for almost a year now (this is not an exaggeration) and they have completely mishandled our order from beginning to end, not submitting forms to insurance, blaming wait times on our therapists and doctors which were lies. The only one suffering here is my two year old daughter with cerebral palsy. The company could care less. My daughter has spent the last year eating her meals on my lap, or propped up with piles of pillows. What should have been a 3-6 month process has now gone on for over 9 months and counting. They should consider closing their doors so no one else will be affected by their negligence. This whole experience has truly affected the first years of my daughters life and its disgusting that they are able to take advantage of families like this.
