2/13 - test drove a white trailblazer; was told the car was available; got pricing paperwork with quotes including value for two trade ins, supplier pricing, and loyalty discounts 2/14 - messaged salesman multiple times during the day to put a deposit on the car; no response 2/14 - called and spoke to the sales manager (***********************) around 5pm and she said she took my deposit for the car; took my credit card number over the phone 2/16 - got a call from the salesman around 3pm to tell me they sold the car to someone else with deposit taken several weeks earlier; said they would find a replacement; sent me the sticker for a replacement; told me the car would be arriving Monday 2/19; told me they would get me updated financing paperwork the morning of 2/17; took the *** numbers for my two trade ins, took the mileage for my two trade ins; told me they would not charge me more for the replacement vehicle than the price of the car they took the deposit on 2/17 - no financial paperwork arrived; called and texted multiple times with no response; around 4pm finally got a hold of the salesman right as they were closing; informed me they never did the paperwork; rushed through the paperwork and said they would call me back in 5 minutes to review it; never called and just texted the pricing paperwork; the pricing paperwork had multiple errors; informed me they were not going to price match the car they took my deposit on and sold to someone else; informed me they were not going to bring in the other car if I didn't accept the higher price 2/19 - called the dealership around 12noon and spoke with ******* Bates; took the information and said she would call back in an hour with a resolution; at 3:30 received a call from *********************** CALL with Boring - lied about all of the events; said never ran the deposit, said no car was to be brought in, said deposit on Blazer was taken on 2/14, said no pricing information was provided; said no info on trade ins ever received
