Purchased a Certified Pre Owned Vehicle. Several things were missed during the pre delivery inspection and a repair was attempted but also hidden from me resulting in the warranty not covering repair when it needed it. **** Wenzel had over a month to make it right or reimburse for repair and they unfortunately didnt.

I bought a plan that if I lost my keys my remote that I could get a new one from the dealership free of charge I paid 3 years into this monthly plan I lost my keys it took over 3 weeks to get a key then they said the machine to cut the key was down then the remote they got for me they couldnt get it programmed correctly finally after weeks they did get that corrected but i noticed the remote is wrong its not a remote start Ive called I talked to ****** in the service department who has not called me back Ive left numerous messages with a person named *************** they dont call you back I have to now take legal action for the money Ive spent for this plan for the last 3 years plus legal fees and the time Ive taken off to get a simple remote if you dont want to honor what you sell you shouldnt be allowed to sell it Im in the process now of trying to contact the owner directly this is the worst service Ive ever received and Ive had over 35 titles in my name.I dont understand how this place is still in business I paid for an oil change and tire rotation the next day at work I noticed the tire rotation had not been done this is a dealership for god sake how I noticed it is that I had a flat a few earlier and I bought a new tire it was the same brand but the side wall markings was different only with n the one new tire after I paid for the tire rotation I noticed at work the one tire was still on the back where I replaced it whos running this place but Im definitely working on getting a resolution.The tire rotation was finally done and I watched.

I think they are trying to get money out of customers that don't have money but they are trying to see if they have used their stimulus money, but to get a water pump for an ****************************************************************************** with this and the cost is ******* with parts and labor is a shame to try to get money out of customers that don't really have the money is a shame, I know the business is losing money because of the covid, but this is a shame.
