I purchased a used car on October 28, 2022 just to find on the same day that the car stalls and at times it take two turns for the car to start, Keep in mind the sales manager that sold me car tried to start it and it did the same exact thing to her, then flow up with " She didn't like that specific car because there is always something wrong with them. Now it been almost three weeks still not fixed and no car. Then they mechanic tells me it could be weather related and was suppose to call me the next day and no call. They don't want to refund me the down payment or give try to give me another car. The Manager of the used car lot just want me to take the car and drive it until the engine light come on and then bring it back to see if they can find out what is wrong with the car. This is not acceptable when you just purchased a car less than 4 weeks ago and I'm still ******* and it is only November 18,2022.

I had my car service there a year ago between March and April only to find out that my car was not fixed properly or correctly. Due to this my car was unsafe to drive which could have caused me and family to be seriously injured or possibly killed. I reached to the Gm no response. I spent **** on my vehicle to be fixed to only find out by not only one but two mechanics the issues were not fixed properly. To only spend double of the money to correct their mess. No response or even a willingness to say sorry how can we help.

I purchased my2017 Lincoln Mkc in June of 2020 only four years old and now it has antifreeze going into one of my cylinders.. 8 months later i am paying 7,245 for a brand new engine to be put in i would not recommend any of my family nor friends which is located on 4350 Lennon Rd Flint MI 48507 Knownly they were selling Lincoln Mkc's that would have antifreeze leak into one of the cylinder's and they also charged me 108.00 for a diagnosis even the service manager told me they had a couple of customers that had the same problem that i'm going through now they tell me once i had it towed back to them. i'm still paying a car note and car insurance on a vehicle i can't even drive right now this has caused me a lot of hardship thanks to Lincoln head quarters in Dearborn they are going have with me on the engine if there were zero stars to give i would of gave Randy Wise Hyundai zero stars but there is no options to give the zero stars i was happy at first until this crap happen spending countless money on this situation this is a lesson to be learned yours truly Darrell Chisolm Jr.
